摘要
翻译策略的选择不仅与语言本身有关,还与两语的文化以及政治、经济等整个社会的大背景有关。由"福娃"的改译而引发对新词或是词汇空缺词翻译的思考,简要地从文化和政治的角度对其作出剖析。通过对译音和译意策略的研究,试图从中发现一些翻译策略选择的规律。
The choice of the right translation strategy is not only related with the language itself, but gets invovled with the cultures of these two languages, also the politics, economy and so on. This paper is mainly about the translation of neologisms and the words of lexical vacancy from the aspects of culture and politics. And by studying the translation strategy of transliteration and translating the meaning, some translation laws are tried to be found out.
