摘要
教师文化转型是新课程改革的深层需要,其关键在于如何实现作为个体的教师的观念和行为方式的革新。因此,培养教师主体性,不仅是形成新型教师文化的需要,更是新课程改革的深切呼唤。
Cultural transformation of teachers is considered as one of the new curricular reforms. The success rests with creativity of individual teachers in relation to idea and behavior. As a result, cultivaion of teacher subjectivity is concerned with new teachers as well as new curricular reform.
