摘要
教师专业自主发展关系到县域职业学校的办学水平和人才培养质量,对宣城市县域职业学校教师专业发展状况的研究发现,由于专业基础薄弱、教育信念模糊、进修培训机会少、评价激励措施不科学等原因,导致存在入职基础与职业标准要求相差大、结构不合理、工作负担重等问题。需要从政策层面促进教师专业自主发展:建立现代职业教育教师教育体系,优化现代职业教育发展保障体系,完善现代职业教育教学管理制度,改进学历进修和业务培训制度,改革教研活动和课题研究制度,加强评价制度和激励机制建设。
The status of teacher professional self-development in county vocational schools related to the educational level and personnel training quality of these schools. A research on the status in Xuancheng found that,due to the weak professional foundation,unclear educational idea,less opportunities of refresher training,unscientific evaluation and encouragement measures,and so on,there had been a lot of problems such as great gap between entry basis and professional standards requirement,unreasonable structure,over-loaded work,etc. We should promote teachers' professional self-development from the policy level: the modern educational system for vocational teachers should be established,the guarantee system of modern vocational education development should be optimized,the modern vocational teaching management system should be perfected,the system of continuing education and professional training should be improved,the system of teaching and research should be reformed,and the construction of evaluation system and incentive mechanism should be strengthened.
