摘要
目的:观察不同剂量斑蝥酸钠在体外作用24h对人肝癌细胞HepG2生长的影响。方法:用MTT法及AO/EB荧光染色法分析斑蝥酸钠对HepG2的生长抑制情况。结果:小、中、大剂量斑蝥酸钠作用24h,对HepG2的抑制率分别为0、24.37%、25.54%,大剂量有明显抑制作用(P<0.01);荧光染色法显微镜下可观察到凋亡小体。结论:斑蝥酸钠能抑制肝癌细胞生长,并且可诱导其凋亡。
Objective:To study different dosage of sodium cantharidate's inhibitory effect on the human hepatocarcinoma cell HepG2 at 24h. Methods:The inhibitory effect of HepG2 treated by sodium cantharidate was analyzed by MTT,and fluorescent microscope. Results:The inhibitory rate of three dosages of sodium cantharidate on HepG2 was 0,24.37%,25.54% at 24h,and this has statistical acceptation(P0.05),and we could observe the phenomena of budding and the formation of the apoptosis body by fluorescent microscope. Conclusions:Sodium cantharidate can inhibit cell proliferation and induce cell apoptosis of HepG2.
