摘要
体育院校教学管理的扁平化是借鉴现代企业组织结构的扁平化模式,解决体育院校在规模持续扩大的新形势下金字塔式科层制教学管理模式弊端的有效措施。分析了我国体育院校金字塔式科层制教学管理模式所面临的过分强调层级制度、分工过细,管理成本上升、人为地制造工作导致管理目标置换、挫伤教师的创造性等弊端和问题,阐述了体育院校教学管理扁平化的内涵和功能,提出了体育院校实施教学管理扁平化应采取强化观念引领、培训专业化的管理队伍、搭建教学管理手段的信息化平台、创设竞争与激励机制、改革人事管理制度、构建"扁平化"的教学组织结构和与之配套的制度化、标准化和人性化的教学管理运行机制等基本策略。
The flat teaching management in sports colleges originates in modern enterprise fiat organizing structure. It is an effective measure to solve problems in the pyramid hierarchy model of teaching management system of sport colleges in expanding scale. This paper analyzes the problems in the pyramid hierarchy model of teaching management system of sport colleges, including too much emphasis on hierarchy, fragmented division of labor, rising costs, manufacture of artificial replacement led to management objectives, and frustrated creative of teachers. It describes the connotation and function of fiat teaching management in sports colleges. The implementation of teaching management in sport colleges should be taken to strengthened concept of training a professional management team, set up an information platform of teaching management, create competition and incentive mechanism, reform of personnel management system, build a fiat organizing structure and teaching management operation mechanism compatible with institutionalization, standardization and humanity as its teaching basic strategy.
