摘要
教学管理在体育院校各项管理中占有重要地位,加强教学管理水平的科学化是实现人才培养和推动高等教育事业发展的有效途径。从思想观念、管理制度、监督机制、管理方法手段、管理队伍素质建设等方面对体育院校教学管理的科学化发展进行了探讨。
The teaching management holds the important position in College management, strengthening the scientific level of teaching management is the efficient path to realize the personnel training and promote higher education enterprise development. This article has carried on the discussion to teaching management＇s scientific development from the ideological concept, to the control system, the supervising mechanism, the management method, management troop quality construction and so on.
