摘要
扁平化管理模式有效克服了传统等级制、竖直型管理模式的弊端,是组织管理在理念、文化上的革新。扁平化幼儿园管理模式,需破除等级观念,构建扁平化组织结构;需给予教师充分的决策权,重在建设自我管理的教师团队;应以幼儿园整体绩效为依据,建立发展性评价体系;应以服务为导向,搭建各种有效的互动平台。幼儿园实行扁平化管理应根据本园实际情况.实现由传统管理模式向扁平化管理模式过渡。
Flat management model handles efficiently the problems that traditional hierarchy and vertical management model have. It is a reformation of organization management in conception and culture. Flat management model needs to break hierarchy and build flat organization structure; teachers should be given the right to make decisions and teachers' self management should be emphasized; development evaluation system based on the performance of the kindergarten should be set up; and all kinds of channels for efficient interaction should be made. Kindergartens should transform from traditional management model to flat management model according to their own specific situation.
