摘要
以台州市342名幼儿教师为调查对象,采用UWES工作投入量表调查幼儿教师工作投入的现状及其在人口统计学变量上的差异。结果表明:工作投入的三个维度中专注得分最高、奉献次之、活力最低。工作投入得分最高的分别是年龄30岁以下、教育程度大专及以下、已婚、2~5年教龄、在10个班级以下规模、公办幼儿园的幼儿教师。工作投入在学历、幼儿园规模的主效应明显,年龄、婚姻状况、教龄、编制、幼儿园所有制性质主效应不显著。在工作投入的奉献维度上,年龄、学历、婚姻状况、教龄、幼儿园规模的主效应明显,编制、幼儿园所有制性质主效应不显著。
342 kindergarten teachers in Taizhou are chosen to be investigated with Utrecht Work Engagement Scale(UWES). The kindergarten teachers' status of work engagement and differences of work engagement in demographic variables were explored. The investigation shows results as follows. Firstly, among the three dimensions of work engagement, absorption gets the highest score, dedication gets the second while vigor gets the lowest. Secondly, the highest score of kindergarten teachers in work engagement are those who are under 30-year-old, college graduates or less, married, with 2 to 5 years of teaching experience, in the kindergarten of 10 or less classes and in the public kindergarten. Thirdly, the difference of work engagement on education and size of kindergarten is significant, while the difference of work engagement at age, education, marital status, teaching experience, establishment and ownership of kindergarten is not so significant. And the difference of dedicatory dimension of work engagement at age, education, marital status, teaching experience and size of kindergarten is significant, while the difference of work engagement at establishment and ownership of kindergarten is not so significant.
