基于全面质量管理的知识型员工主动离职研究 被引量:3

摘要 知识型员工的特点以及企业人力资源管理中的一些不足决定了知识型员工主动离职率较高。企业员工保持适当流动是保证企业保持活力与创新能力以及避免组织机构臃肿的有效方法,但过高的流失率尤其是作为核心员工的知识型员工的频繁流失对企业的发展存在不利影响。依据全面质量管理的理念,文章提出留住知识型员工的策略:充分考虑知识型员工的需求,在了解他们需求的基础上进行人力资源管理工作的改善,以留住优秀人才。 Characteristics of knowledge employees and deficiencies of human resource management lead to the voluntary turnover .It is an effective way to keep enterprises active and effective with right employees mobility rate. But higher mobility rate, especially the voluntary turnover of knowledge employees, may influence badly enterprises. The paper puts forward some methods, which may prevent the voluntary, turnover of knowledge employees by means of "Total Quality Management" .
