摘要
回顾了组织承诺研究的历史和现状,从组织承诺的定义、前因和后果变量、组织承诺的测量等几个方面进行了探讨。结果发现,关于组织承诺的研究已经扩展到了外部组织承诺,组织承诺的前因和后果变量也获得了扩展。
Studies on the history and actuality about organizational commitment are reviewed. And the definition, variable of cause and effect are also discussed. The article suggests that the research on organizational commitment has extended to external organizational commitment, and cause and effect have also extended. At last, the problems and direction in the research need to be researched forward are advanced.
