摘要
介绍了达拉特发电厂四期2×600 MW直接空冷机组空冷岛(空冷凝汽器)的控制系统。针对该控制系统存在防冻保护控制逻辑不能有序进行程序跳步和汽轮机背压控制调节偏差较大导致无法投入自动控制等问题,提出了建立真空时修改汽轮机背压定值及调整执行程序步序顺序;将汽轮机背压自动控制的单纯积分调节修改为比例积分调节;避免外界扰动量对汽轮机背压影响等优化方案。优化后,机组成功实现了空冷岛全过程自动控制。
The control system in air - cooled island, i. e. the air - cooled condenser, for 2 × 600 MW direct air - cooled units in fourth - phase project of Dalate Power Plant has been presented. Directing againt the existing problems, such as the control logic of antifreezing protection can't skip over the programmed sequence,and the larger deviation of control regulation for steam turbine backpressure making the automatic control unable to put into service, etc. ,an optimized scheme,in which the set value of steam turbine backpressure during the time of establishing vacuum being modified,the step sequence of excecutive programme being adjusted,and the pure integral regulation in automatic control of steam turbine backpressure having been revised into proportional integral regulation,avoi ding the influence of external disturbance upon the said backpressure, has been put forward. After optimization,automatic control in the whole process of air - cooled island for the units has been realized.
