摘要
以通辽发电总厂600MW直接空冷机组为研究对象,给出了不同的环境温度和运行工况下空冷机组最优经济背压值,实现了背压控制设定值的自动设定功能,避免了手动设定背压值对机组运行经济性的影响。对空冷系统冬季防冻保护控制逻辑进行了优化,实现了空冷系统的全过程自动控制,提高了空冷机组运行的经济性和安全性。
Taking 600 MW direct air-cooling unit in Tongliao General Power Plant as the object of study,the optimal back-pressure values of the said air-cooling unit under different ambient temperatures and different operating conditions have been given,the automatic setting function of the set values in back-pressure control being realized,avoiding the influence of manual setting back-pressure upon the economic efficiency in operation of the unit.The protecting logic for anti-freeze in winter has been optimized,the whole process automation of air-cooling system being realized,enhancing the economic efficiency and safety in operation of said air-cooling unit.
