摘要 针对山西河曲电厂超临界600MW直接空冷机组汽轮机背压控制超调大、难以稳定等问题,对空冷系统防冻保护、空冷风机切步等控制逻辑进行了增加抗干扰回路、背压控制参数自适应等优化。优化后,从汽轮机旁路阀开启到机组带负荷且投入防冻保护功能的起机过程中背压最大偏差小于0.8kPa,实现了空冷岛全过程自动控制,背压控制稳定,保证了空冷机组运行的安全性和稳定性。 Aiming at soling such problems as large overshoot and unstable which existed in backpressure control system of air-cooled island for 600 MW direct air-cooled unit of Hequ Power Plant in Shanxi province,improvement measures including adding anti-interference circuit and adaptive adjustment parameters have been proposed to optimize the control logic of anti-freeze protection and cut step operation of air cooling fan.After the optimization,the maximum deviation of the backpressure was below 0.8kPa in start up process of the unit.It has been proved that the proposed measures have ensured the stability of the backpressure control and realized the whole process automation of air-cooling system,which to some extend have enhanced the economy,stability and safety during the operation of above-mentioned air-cooling unit.
