600MW直接空冷机组空冷岛控制系统设计与优化

摘要 文章分析了大唐韩城第二发电厂600 MW机组空冷控制系统,针对汽轮机背压控制调节偏差较大且抗扰动能力弱以及RB试验时空冷控制系统的问题,优化了背压主控结构和参数、空冷汽轮机保护逻辑,使空冷顺控能够适应全程自动运行。应用结果表明,优化后的空冷控制逻辑,符合空冷系统控制设计要求,能够确保空冷机组安全启停和经济运行,方便电厂运行人员安全灵活操作,在机组的实际应用中取得了较好的效果。 This paper analyzes the control function for 600 MW ACC(Air Cooled Control)system in Datang Hancheng power plant.It is found that there are great deviation of controlling for back-pressure value and the automatic control of ACC program is not be accomplished well in the whole process.Optimization has been conducted mainly for the backpressure control structure and parameters to make the procedure of sequence control automatically be conducted.Moreover, better work is also done for the HMI to make it more easily to be operated.The application results show that the optimized ACC control strategy has not only achieved the design requirements but also ensured the ACC system works in a more safe, steady and economic way.The new HMI helps operators control the unit in a more safe and flexible way, has achieved good effect in the practical application of the unit.
