摘要
研究将锅炉总辐射能实时信号应用于机组负荷调节的过程,分析其对提高机组负荷、汽包压力、主蒸汽温度的调节品质所起到的作用。现场试验及相关参数的分析表明,该方法能有效减小主要热力参数的调节偏差,提高负荷控制系统的调节品质。
The process of applying real-time total radiant energy signal of boiler to load control of unit is dealt with,whose effect on improving the control quality of unit load,drum pressure and main steam temperature is analyzed.Field tests and relevant parameter analysis show that the method can effectively reduce the control deviation of main thermal parameters and improve the quality of load control system.
