摘要 冬季直接空冷系统面临的一个最为严重的问题是凝汽器管束发生冻结。在环境温度低于0℃时,直接空冷凝汽器翅片管内饱和蒸汽热负荷与翅片管冷却能力不平衡是导致直接空冷凝汽器的管束发生冻结的主要因素,而不凝气体的聚集则加剧冻结。防止空冷凝汽器的冻结的措施有:设计上采用能抗冻的翅片管结构和顺逆流结构等;运行上控制蒸汽流量和冷空气流量以及不凝气体的抽出等。 The most serious question for directed Air-cooled condenser in winter is the freezing of tube bundle. When the ambient temperature is lower than 0℃, The main factor which case the freezing of tube bundle is the imbalance of saturated steam heat load and cooling capacity of the finned-tubes. And the gathering of the non-condensable gas will increase the freezing. In order to anti-freezing of ACC, Measures can be emploied such as adopting the finned-tube which have the ability of anti-freezing and the K/D structure in design; The controlling of the steam flow and the cooling air flow rate, together with the extracting of non-condensable gas in operation and so on.
