摘要
以多聚磷酸为催化剂,邻苯二胺和冰乙酸为反应物,在微波辐射下合成了2-甲基苯并咪唑。反应的最佳条件为:微波输出功率700W、间歇辐射时间3min、n(邻苯二胺):n(冰乙酸)=1:2.5时,产率可达84.6%。
2-methylbenzimidazole was synthesized by the reaction of o-phenylenediamine with acetic acid in the presence of polyphosphoric acid (PPA) as catalyst through microwave enhanced. The optimum conditions were as follows: microware power of 700W, microwave enhanced time of 3 min., the mole ratio of o-phenylenediamine to acetic acid of 1:2.5, the yield was 84.6%.
