新型苯并咪唑衍生物的合成

摘要 以苯甲醛甘油缩醛和对甲基苯甲醛甘油缩醛为原料,采用次氯酸钠催化氧化法,制得2-芳基-4-羧基-1,3-二氧戊环中间体;中间体分别与邻苯二胺或N-甲基邻苯二胺反应,合成了4种新型苯并咪唑衍生物(3a~3d),收率为78.0%~80.5%,其结构经UV-Vis,^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR,IR和HR-MS(ESI)表征。 The intermediates of 2-aryl-1,3-dioxolame-4-carboxyl acid were synthesized by the catalytic oxidation method of sodium hypochlorite using benzaldehyde glycerol acetal and p-methylbenzaldehyde glycerin acetal as raw material.Four novel benzimidazole derivatives were synthesized efficiently by the intermediate reacted with o-phenylenediamine or N-methyl-o-phenylenediamine respectively.Compounds 3a,3b,3c,3d were new substances.The yields were 79.5%,78.0%,80.5%and 78.0%,respectively.The structures were characterized by UV-Vis,^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR,IR and HR-MS(ESI).The synthesis conditions of new compounds were optimized by orthogonal test.
