Synthesis of zinc fumarate by solid phase reaction under microwave irradiation

摘要 以富马酸和醋酸锌为原料、用微波辐射固相法合成富马酸锌,合成条件为:n(醋酸锌)∶n(富马酸)摩尔比=1.0∶1.2,微波输出功率为600 W,辐射时间为6 m in,产率达89.3%。用元素分析、红外光谱、X射线粉末衍射和热分析对产物进行了表征,其组成为Zn[OOCCH CHCOO].H2O。 Zinc fumarate was synthesized from fumarate and zinc acetate by solid phase reaction under microwave irradiation. The optimum technological conditions were that : mole ratio of zinc acetate to fumarate was 1.0: 1.2, microwave power was 600 W, the time of radiation was 6 min, the yield was 89.3%. The composition and structure of zinc fumarate were characterized by elementary analysis, IR spectrum, X-ray powder diffraction and thermanalysis, its composition is Zn[ OOCCH=CHCOO ]- H2O.
