摘要 以甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮、富马酸为原料,过硫酸钾/亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂,在水中合成两性共聚物P(DMC-NVP-FA)。考察了单体配比、单体质量分数、引发剂用量和pH等因素对特性粘数的影响,对产物结构进行了红外表征。结果表明,两性高分子絮凝剂P(DMC-NVP-FA)合成的适宜条件为单体配比nDMC:nNVP=4:1,单体质量分数为12.7%,引发剂质量分数为0.98%,pH=3,特性粘数达到258.58dL/g。絮凝剂对钻井废水的絮凝性能试验表明,絮凝剂投加量在186.94mg/L时,CODCr去除率90.16%,浊度去除率98.93%。 An amphoterie copolymer,P(DMC-NVP-FA) ,was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization with DMC, NVP, and FA using potassium persulfate and sodium bisulfite as initiator. Effects of monomer ratio, monomer mass fraction, amount of initiator and pH on the intrinsic viscosity were investigated, and the chemical structure of the polymer was characterized by FT-IR. The results showed that intrinsic viscosityE@was 258. 57 dL/g which reaction condition was the monomer ratio nDMC : nN,m = 4:1, the monomer concentration was 12. 7 , amount of initiator was 0. 98 ~ and pH-= 3. The properties of flocculent to disposing drilling waste water were investigated.
