摘要
采用微波辐射技术,以纳米ZnO为酯化反应催化剂合成食用香料丁酸异戊酯。通过正交试验考察反应条件对酯化反应的影响,确定了反应的最佳工艺条件:微波输出功率425W,辐射时间15min,催化剂用量(以反应物质量计)1.5%,反应物异戊醇与正丁酸的物质的摩尔比为1.5∶1,在此条件下,酯化率可达98%以上。试验结果表明,纳米ZnO催化剂在丁酸异戊酯的合成中显示出良好的催化性能,而且该法具有操作简便、反应速率快、节约能源等优点。
Flavor isoamyl butyrate was synthesized using nanosized ZnO as catalyst by microwave irradiation. The effects of reaction conditions on esterification reaction were investigated utilizing orthogonal experimentation and the optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows: microwave power 425 W, irradiation time 15 min, amount of catalyst 1. 5% (based on total quantity of reactants), and molar ratio of isoamyl alcohol to butyric acid 1.5 : 1 ( W : V). The yield of isoamyl acetate was over 98%. The experimental result showed that the nanosized ZnO had good catalytic effect for preparation of flavor isoamyl butyrate. This method had advantages of easy operation,high reaction rate and low energy consumption.
