摘要
以正丁酸和异戊醇为原料,钛酸四丁酯为催化剂合成了丁酸异戊酯。探讨了影响反应的各种主要因素,得出了较优的反应条件:丁酸用量0.35mol,n(醇):n(酸)=1.2:1.0,钛酸四丁酯用量3g,反应温度115~130℃,反应3h,在此条件下酯化率可达99.3%。
Isoamyl butyrate was synthesized from butyric acid and isoamylol catalyzed by tetrabutyl titanate. Some main effects were studied. The optimum conditions of the esterification were determined as follows : n (isoarmylol) : n (n- butanoic acid 0.35 mol)was 1.2: 1.0, the dosage of tetrabutyl titanate 3.0 g, reaction temperature 115- 130 ℃ ,reaction time 3 hours,the yield was 99.3%.
