摘要
磁流体由于其独特的物理化学性能在机械、化工、医疗和环保等领域具有广阔的应用前景。磁性液体的磁性能来源于纳米磁性粒子,磁流体的磁化强度取决于磁性粒子磁感应强度。另外,磁性粒子的颗粒大小及粒径分布对磁性液体的稳定性是至关重要的因素。因而,制备磁感应强度高、粒径小且尺寸均匀的纳米磁性粒子是获得高性能磁性液体的先决条件。磁性液体的种类很多,其中Fe3O4磁性液体是目前研究较为成熟、应用较多的磁性液体之一。本文概述了Fe3O4纳米磁性粉体常用的制备方法以及最新的研究进展。
Due to the unique physical properties and chemical properties, the magnetic fluids have broad application prospeet in meehanieal manufaeture, ehemieal industry, medieal treatment, environmental proteetion, ete. The magnetism of the magnetie fluids eomes from the nano-sized magnetie partieles, and the magnetization of the magnetie fluids depends on the magnetie induetion strength of the magnetie partieles. Furthermore, the partiele size and size distribution are key faetors for the stability of the magnetie fluids. Thus, fabrieation of nano-sized magnetie partieles with small size and uniform distribution is the prerequisite to obtain high performanee magnetie fluids. There are many kinds of magnetie fluids, among whieh Fe3O4 magnetie fluids are more mature and have been used in some applieation fields. The preparation methods of Fe3O4nano-partieles and the reeent researeh developments were reviewed.
