摘要
对Fe3O4磁性液体磁化黏度测试方法的研究和仪器的研制,实现了磁性液体黏度准确的标定和测量。通过对测量结果的分析,给出了磁化黏度与外加磁场、温度变化、剪切速度变化、静置时间的关系曲线,揭示影响磁性液体材料黏度变化的多项因素及变化关系。
Instruments and test methods of magnetic viscosity of magnetic liquid were developed, and an accurate calibration and measurement was achieved. By analyzing the results of measurement, the curves of magnetic viscosity changing with the applied magnetic field, temperature, shear rate, and standing time were given. The influence factors and changing relationships of the material viscosity of magnetic fluid were revealed.
