摘要
用油酸作为表面活性剂,采用化学共沉淀法制备纳米级Fe3O4磁性粒子,以此制备有机磁性液体。实验研究了Fe2+/Fe3+配比、不同的制备路线、表面活性剂的用量三个方面对磁流体的影响,并分析了这些因素的影响机制。确定高纯度、小粒径、均匀分散的Fe3O4磁性粒子的合理工艺条件:n(Fe2+)﹕n(Fe3+)=1﹕1.65,制备路线二,制备0.01molFe3O4表面活性剂用量为0.7ml。产物在油酸包裹后基本全部萃取到有机相,且分散均匀。XRD分析证实了产物为纯Fe3O4磁性粒子,平均粒径为50nm左右。
In this paper, the nano-sized Fe3O4 particles were prepared by chemical co-precipitation using oleic acid as surfactant. The influence of Fe^2+/Fe3^+ratio, preparation routes, and dosage of surfactant on the magnetite particles was studied. Then studies are made in detail on the influencing mechanism of Fe3O4 magnetic fluid. As a result, the reasonable process conditions of preparing Fe3O4 with high purity, small particle diameter and homogeneous dispersion were determined: n(Fe^2+) : n(Fe^3+)=1 : 1.65, preparation route 2, dosage of surfactant was 0.7ml. The particles coated by oleic acid are completely extracted to organic phase, and homogeneously disperse in base fluid. The XRD analysis confirms that the products are pure magnetite particles, with an average diameter of about 50nm.
