摘要
通过气相化学工程——羰基法的制备技术制备出纳米Ni、纳米Fe、纳米γ-(Fe,Ni)合金粉、纳米ζ-Fe2N粉等强磁性材料.通过气相热分解方法控制不同的气相化学反应温度、气流速度以及加热方式可以获得不同性状的纳米磁性粉体,研究分析它们的微观结构,可以制备出高性能的纳米磁性材料,从而开发出纳米功能新材料.
Strongly magnetic nanopowders of Ni, Fe, γ-(Fe, Ni)and ζ-Fe2N alloy etc. were prepared by means of chemical vapour process (carbonyl method). Magnetic nanopowders with various properties and shapes were obtained by control of vapour reaction temperature, gas flow rate and heating in vapour phase thermal decomposition process. Magnetic nanopowders with high performance and resultant new function materials are prone to development through microstructure analysis.
