摘要
朋辈心理辅导,是大学生心理健康教育工作方式的一种探索。朋辈心理辅导是指在人际交往过程中,互相给予心理安慰、鼓励、劝导和支持,提供一种具有类似于心理咨询功能的帮助活动。在学生中设朋辈心理辅导员、在学生班级中设立心理卫生委员,对于大学生心理健康教育具有预防性和广泛性,是提高大学生心理健康教育实效的新形式,有利于充分满足学生的心理需要,有利于学生助人和自助目标的实现,以提高学生的心理素质。
As an exploration to the working mode of psychological education of college students, psychological instruction from friends refers to a helpful activity to console, encourage, advise and support each other in interpersonal association. To provide psychological instructors among students is a new way to improve the effect of psychological health education and will be beneficial to improve college students＇ psychological quality.
