摘要
目的:探索高校朋辈辅导员人本主义培训模式的建立。方法:应用自我和谐量表(SCCS)、交流恐惧自陈量表(PRCA-24)和团体气氛自评量表(SRGCQ)、自制培训满意度问卷(self-developed DSTS)对94名学员的自我概念、人际关系和团体气氛和心理知识培训的满意度进行前后测量。结果:学员的自我和谐、人际关系和团体气氛都有显著的改善;人际关系和心理知识对自我和谐有直接影响;团体气氛通过人际关系间接影响自我和谐。结论:高校朋辈辅导员人本主义培训模式是科学有效,具有推广价值。
Objective:To explore the model of Peer Counselors humanistic psychology training in university.Methods:A sample of 94 peer counselors was administrated Self Consistency and Congruence Scale,Personal Report of Communication Apprehension,self-rating group climate questionnaire and self-developed degree of satisfaction for the training scale.Results:(1) Self Consistency and Congruence self,interpersonal relationship and group atmosphere of peer counselors show significant improvement after systemic training;(...
