摘要
日本在进入新世纪后,制定并实施了一些新的教师教育政策。这些新的政策表现出如下特点:教师资格证制度改革“宽严并进”;职前培养注重增强学生的实际能力;通过专门的研究生院提升教师的专业化水平。
Since the beginning of the 21st century, Japan has made and carried out some new teacher training policies. The new policies are characterized by the following: first, the reform of teacher certificate system is lenient and strict as well. Second, preoccupation training focuses on improving learners' competence in teaching. Third, special graduate schools are established to make teachers more professional.
