经济危机时期,奥巴马政府的教育政策表现出联邦政府重视教育,拨巨资资助其改革与发展;继续推进教育公平,着力提高教育质量;注重改进教育评价,培育问责制文化;将教育的经济功能视为惟一功能,将教育的发展作为全球经济竞争的工具等特点。
During the economic crisis,the Obama administration＇s educational policies have a series of characteristics,such as federal government＇s attaching importance to education seriously and investing in its reform and development, continuing to move education equity forward and taking great pains to improve the quality of education, laying stress on improving educational assessment in order to cultivate a new culture of accountability, regarding the economic function of education as its sole one and the development of education as an instrument to compete in a competitive global economy.
