摘要
已有的教育经济学大多从宏观研究教育与经济的交叉、边缘问题。个体教育经济学需要从个体出发研究学生发展。教与学的劳动价值是教育活动中教育价值的主体部分;个体发展是教育经济学的基本内容;弥补能力的不足,使学生得以在德、智、体等诸方面和一生中不同时期全面、优化发展,是教育经济学的基本原理。从“有效”和“质量”概念考察教育现象,教育的经济原理是以学生为本、适应学生发展需要的简约性规律。从教育投入力度看,教育质量的实质是学生投入和学生发展。
Nowadays, most modern educational economists are studying those overlapping and interdisciplinary issues concerning education and economy from a macro-level angle. But economics of individual education requires studies on individual student's development. Viewing from three kinds of input, the labor value of teaching and learning is the main part of educational activities' value; individual development is the basic content of educational economics; and it is the basic principle of educational economics to improve students' capacity and help them have an all-round development in morality, intelligence and health during different stages of their lives. In view of the educational phenomena from the angles of 'effectiveness' and 'quality', the principle of educational economics is of simplified regularity based on the needs for students' individual development. In terms of educational input, educational quality is centered on student's input and their development.
