摘要
以学生为本的高等职业教育质量观是高职教育追求高质量的新方向，具有多样性与适应性兼容、特色性与标准性统一、发展性与创新性并举等特性。坚持这一质量观，提升高技能人才的培养水平，高职教育主体在思想和行为上要服从炼就谋生本领与培育理性精神相得益彰，提高职业能力与培养兴趣爱好相互融合，满足基本需要与塑造人格品质协调统一，培育创新精神与追求发展目标高度一致，促进人际和谐与树立公平意识有机渗透等价值取向。
Student-based higher vocational education quality view is new direction of higher vocational education, and its characteristics are integration of diversification with adaptability, unification of characteristics with standardization and combination of development with innovation. To persist in the quality view and upgrade the cultivation level of high-skilled talents, the thinking and behavior of higher vocational education subjects should comply with the following value trends： bring out the best of each other between refining livelihood skills and cultivating rational spirit, integrate the enhancement of professional abilities with cultivation of interests and hobbies, harmonize and unify the satisfication of basic need with the shaping of personality traits, etc.
