摘要
在中国知网上收集到1977-2018年间1199篇文献,运用CiteSpace4.0分析软件,将这些文献以知识图谱的方式可视化描绘了近40年来我国中小学教师职业压力研究状况,发现我国教师职业压力多样、迭代并存。依据其影响力大小,可分为三种压力阶段:教师自身专业能力不足带来提升压力阶段(1977-1999年)、人民对教育期望值过高给予教师职业压力阶段(2000-2010年)、安全等外在非教育因素导致过高职业压力阶段(2011年—至今)。
This paper focused on 1,199 documents selected from CNKI published between 1977 and 2018 and visually described the study of the occupational stress among primary and secondary school teachers in four decades by using CiteSpace4.0 and developing knowledge graph. The result shows the variety and iteration of occupational stress. Based on the different level of influence, the origins of occupational stress are divided into 3 stages: capability inadequacy (1977-1999), excessive expectation (2000-2010), other educatory-unrelated factors such as safety elements (2011-now).
