摘要
采用颗粒增强法提高高铝锌基合金的性能,研究了稀土氧化物对高铝锌基合金的室温及高温力学性能的影响,并利用扫描电镜观察了锌铝合金的显微组织及断口形貌。结果表明,稀土氧化物对合金起到弥散强化作用,强度提高33%,硬度提高30%,高温强度有所改善,伸长率降低。
The influence of rare earth oxide on the mechanical properties of high AI Zn-based alloy at room and elevated temperature was investigated, and the microstructure and fracture morphology were studied using SEM. The result shows that rare earth oxide play a dispersion-strengthening role on Zn-AI alloy. The strength and the hardness increase 33% and 30% respectively, the strength at elevated temperature improves slightly, but the rate of elongation decreases.
