摘要
研究了Si合金化Zn-Al合金组织性能及Na变质对Zn-Al-Si合金组织性能的影响.结果表明。Si合金化可提高Zn-Al43型合金的耐磨性,但降低其强度和韧性;Na变质可改变合金中Si的形态,改善合金性能.
The microstructure and properties of the Si alloying Zn-Al alloy and the effect of Na modification on the microstructure and properties of Zn-Al-Si alloy have been experimentally studied. The wear behavious of the St alloying Zn-Al alloy has been improved, but its strength and ductility are reduced. The properties of the Zn-Al-Si alloy modified by Na salt become better as a result of improved form of Si-phase.
