摘要
研究了稀土对ZnAl-27合金高温力学性能和金相组织的影响。实验表明:ZnAl-27合金中加入适量的稀土可以和Zn、Al、Cu等形成多种复合化合物,分散于晶界或枝晶间,细化晶粒,有效地阻碍高温时基体的变形和晶界移动,提高基体硬度和热强性。稀土加入量为0.3%时,屈服强度、硬度达最大值,其中150℃时,比未加稀土合金分别提高约31%和97%。
The effect of RE elements on the high temperature mechanical properties and morphology of ZnAl-27 was studied. The results show that RE elements can react with Al, Zn, Cu in alloy to form some compounds of complex constituents .The compounds disperse in crystal interfaces or branch crystal so that the structure of the alloy is refined and the deformation of matrix and the movement of crystal-interfaces at high temperature are tempered. Addition of RE in 0.3% contents can result in increase of submit strength to about 31% and hardness to 97% at 150℃ .
