摘要
研究了Al含量为27%~45%的高铝锌基合金的微观组织,通过对合金的金相组织、SEM、EDS及XRD检测结果分析表明:随Al含量的提高,ZA合金中α相数量增多、细化以及固溶Zn、Cu元素的溶解度增加,固溶强化作用增强,同时α+η共析体数量减少、细化以及除硬质点CuZn5外产生了Cu3Al2及Cu9Al4。
The microstructure of high-aluminum zinc-based alloys with different Al contents from 27 to 45 percent has been investigated.The results of the metallurgical structure, scanning electron microscope (SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) of alloys showed that with the increasing of Al content the quantity of α phase increased and was fined,in which the solubility of Zn and Cu increaseded to improve the solid solution strengthening.At the same time, the quantity of α+η eutectoid phase decreased and was fined and except the hard particle phases CuZn5, Cu3Al2 and Cu9Al4 appeared.
