摘要
本文用挤压铸造法制备了 SiC_w/Zn-12Al 复合材料,对其常温力学性能进行了测试,讨论了SiC晶须的含量对复合材料性能的影响。试验结果表明:用挤压铸造法制备 SiC_w/Zn-12Al 复合材料是可行的,SiC_w/Zn-12Al 复合材料具有较高的硬度、强度、弹性模量和优良的耐磨性能。
Fabrication technique of SiC whiskers reinforced Zn-12Al alloy matrix materi-als was studied.The process consists of the fabrication of the whiskers′preform and the fabrica-tion of the composite billet by liquid infiltration.In this way the composites with volume frac-tion of SiC whisker ranging from 10% to 30% were manufactured.The SiC whiskershomogeneously distributed in the matrix and has a random orientation.The properties of thecomposite such as hardness,tensile strength,Young′s modulus and tribological behaviourwere tested and the effect of the whisker content on the properties of the composite were alsodiscussed.Experimental results show that hardness,tensile strength,Young′s modulus andwear resistance of the composite were improved obviously compared to the matrix alloy.
