摘要 ZA43高铝锌基耐磨合金为某些锡青铜代用材料,其最大特点是以锌代铜,并且不含有稀缺昂贵的锡,由于大量铝等元素的加入,使合金不但质量轻,而且具有优良的机械性能、物理性能和工艺性能。合理的组织使合金的耐磨性能大大提高。合金主要用于制作高、中载,中低速不同工况条件下工作的轴瓦、轴套、蜗轮等耐磨件。本合金材料成本仅为锡青铜的1/2。 ZA43 wear resistant zinc based cast alloy related in the paper belongs to a substitute matetial for Snbronze. The most remarkable chaxacter-istics of the alloy are that the zinc substitutes for copper and that the alloy is fcee fcom the rare and expensive Sn. Foe the addition of a great quantity of Al and other elements, the alloy has not only a little density, but also a good machanical. physical and processing properties. Resonable structures improve the weaxability of the alloy qreatly. The alloy is suitable for making wear resistant parts such as bush, axle sleeve and worm wheel etc. undor the conditions of high and middle load at the middle and low speed. The cast of the alloy is only a half of the Sn beonze.
