我国教师资格制度的历史、问题与对策探讨 被引量:15

摘要 教师资格制度是我国教育法规定的教师三大制度之一,是我国教师走向职业化、专业化的必然产物。20世纪80年代,我国教师资格制度开始了法制化的进程,先后经历了教师资格制度初步建立与规范完善阶段。我国教师资格证书制度的实施还存在着许多问题,如制度与标准、教师认定机构、教师资格的终身性问题等,在此基础上文章探讨我国教师资格制度的发展与完善问题。
