摘要
后进生是高校学生中需要关怀的一个特殊群体,对他们的教育转化工作在高校思想政治工作中占有突出的重要地位.运用以人为本、交流沟通的育人理念,在对后进生存在的问题和产生原因进行深入分析的基础上,提出对其实施教育转化的对策.
D-students are a group among college students that need care most. The education work to change them plays an important role in the ideological and political work in colleges and universities. Employing the concept of people-oriented education and education through communication, this paper analyzes in-depth the problems in educating D-students and the causes for the problems and puts forward some countermeasures in the education work to change them in their academic performance.
