摘要
后进生是高校学生中需要关怀的一个特殊群体,做好后进生转化工作十分重要。做好后进生转化工作,要把握他们的心理特点,针对其心理需要、人格需要,采取切实可行的教育、帮助方法与策略。
The under-achiever is a special group that needs particular concern in colleges and universities. It is of great importance to properly transform them. We should adopt feasible measures and strategies to educate and help them according to their psychological needs and personality needs.
