摘要 图书馆的服务质量直接影响着用户对图书馆工作的满意度。介绍了新时期图书馆服务质量的内涵和特征,并进一步提出了提高图书馆服务质量的对策建议。 The service quality of the library has direct influence on the satisfactory paper discusses on the connotation and characters of library's service quality in the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the service quality of the library.
