摘要
成人教育的教师由于扮演多重角色,经常面临角色冲突的困扰.恰当化解冲突,对成人教育教师自身发展、对终身教育体系和学习化社会的构建意义重大.
It is a existence concept in the 21st century to study all the life. Facing study and melting the process of the society, the task of adult education is even more important, and with having played more role as the teacher of adult education, the teachers confront more role conflifcts . Handle the relation between them well is important to the teachers and to the lifetime learning system and learning society.
