摘要
促进成人道德社会化是成人教育的主要任务之一。随着社会的发展,成人道德社会化面临着诸多困境,如道德观念与道德行为存在偏差、道德取向趋于功利化、道德情感有所缺失、道德标准和评价主观性增强。通过鼓励成人参加道德实践、利用互联网等大众传媒加强道德宣传、利用微课等网络课程配合传统学校成人教育课程、构建灵活多样的道德评价机制等策略,促进成人道德社会化。
Promoting adult moral socialization is one of the main task of the adult education. With the development of the society, the adult moral socialization is facing many difficulties, for example, there are many deviations between moral values and ethical behavior, moral orientation tends utilitarian, moral emotions is missing, the subjectivity of ethical standards and evaluation tends to enhance. To promote the development of adult moral socialization, we can encourage adult to take part in moral practice, use the Internet and other mass media to strengthen the moral propaganda, make full use of online courses such as micro lesson with the traditional school of adult education courses, build flexible and varied moral evaluation mechanism.
