提出了基于DSP的电涡流传感器的设计 ,实现了非线性补偿、动态特性补偿、滤波器设计等环节 ,简化了结构并提高了传感器的性能。
The design of DSP based electric eddy transducer is state d. It implemented non-linear compensatio n, dynamic characteristic compensation a nd filter design, etc., as well as simpl ified structure and enhanced performance of transducer.
