摘要
针对研制液态铝的液位测量系统,基于电涡流效应,设计了一种具有温漂补偿功能的电涡流传感器Z/V变送器,实现了传感器的差动输出。实际测试结果表明,该变送器的温漂补偿精度可达0.89%,能够满足实际工程的需要。
This paper designed a Z/V convertor tor eddy current sensor, where the measure system of liquid state aluminous was developed, the convertor can provide the compensation of temperature drift. The precision of compensation is showed by the experiment result, it is superior to that of common method in evidence. And the convertor can meet the requirement of practical project.
