摘要
中低速磁浮列车的悬浮控制需要准确可靠的间隙测量传感器作为保证。对于中低速磁浮列车,提出了一种磁浮列车与悬浮轨道间隙测量的数字化方法。利用DSP和FPGA在数字信号处理方面的优势,对用于测量的间隙传感器和加速度传感器的模拟信号输出进行数字化处理,提高了悬浮控制系统反馈回路的信号质量,使信号的抗干扰能力增强,有利于保证控制系统控制策略的正确实现。目前,该系统已应用于中低速磁浮列车的悬浮控制。
The levitation control of magnetic levitation vehicle needs high-quality sensor, this paper introduced a digital method of gap measure between magnetic levitation vehicle and track. The analog signals from gap sensors and acceleration sensors were transformed into digital signals by DSP and FPGA. The quality of feedback of levitation control system was improved by this method. The enhanced signals make for an exact implement of control strategy. This system has been applied to the levitation control of middle-low speed magnetic levitation vehicle.
