摘要 介绍了闭环传感器的系统结构和工作原理 ,用根轨迹法对系统进行了补偿 ,并利用MATLAB工具作了仿真实验 ,表明此方法的有效性。 The framework and principle of the feedback tr an sducer system are introduced in this paper. By using the root-locus analysis, th e system has been compensated.The result of simulation with the MATLAB software shows that the validity of root-locus analysis has been verified. Key words:feedback transducers;dynamic compensation;ro ot-locus;simulation ering,Hangzho u,Zhejiang 310037,China School of Electric Engineering,Zhejiang University,Hangzhou,Zhejiang 3100 27,China) Abstract: The weakness of the commonly-used Segment-Crossing Graph (SCG) model for VLSI multi-layer routing is first discussed,then a Modified Segment-Crossing Graph model is preserted,and finally a modified simulated annealing approach for const rained via minimization problem on the basis of this model is given.In the algor i thm,many physical constraints are taken into consideration,and both restricted a nd non-restricted layer model routing can be treated.The experimental results p rove the number of vias can be reduced largely.
