摘要
站在新工科视阈下,对机械类专业应用型人才培养的时代背景和模式进行梳理,通过对“大工程观”工程教育范式分析,归纳应用型人才素质维度与关键要素,并以长春工程学院机械类专业应用型人才培养体系改革的实践经验为例,提出了“专创融合、产教协同”的应用型人才培养路径。
From the perspective of new engineering,this paper combs the era background and mode of application-oriented talent training of machinery specialty,and summarizes the quality dimensions and key elements of application-oriented talents through the analysis to the engineering education paradigm of“Concept with a Big Engineering”,and puts forward the application-oriented talent training path of“integration of specialty and innovation,industry-education cooperation”by taking the practical experience of the reform of application-oriented talent training system of machinery specialty in Changchun Institute of engineering as an example.
